Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
• Remote locations may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, and any free-shipping threshold are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send tracking details by email and SMS so you can follow it to your door.

Delays and undeliverable orders

Delivery estimates are indicative. Weather, strikes or courier issues can cause delays beyond our control. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the order may be returned to us; we will contact you to reship (extra shipping may apply) or refund the order value.

Damaged packages

Please check the package on arrival. If it looks tampered with or damaged, do not accept it, or contact us within 48 hours with photos.
